Shure Rob, text and bullet hole are added elements that can be changed, but I dont think It will readable because of the small print...
Annyway, just say what text should be on it (but slightly more than two lines please).

Yeh Paul, I'm noticing it's hard to really see what's on the tag  :-\

But If we did though, something like this:
