The info about early nuclear disasters was enlightning.

I don't believe the film is just a dream. Take the train journey scene for example - I think it felt like this was to emphasize the cross over from normal to the zone, giving us time to maybe feel how they feel as they move towards it.

Dream like states whilst in the zone but not wholly in a dream.

Soooooo, I see a few people have No Mans Sky. There's no ignoring the fact it has received condemning reviews for example down to 38% on Steam.

I just wanted to know from from your experiences playing it - is it really that much of a letdown?

I see me getting it eventually but not at £40, discovering things first doesn't seem worth that much.

When I first ran Ark on my 'machine' it wasn't good. After I put these commands in the steam launch parameters thingy I got twice the FPS. Bear in mind the last bit will set the game to DirectX10 instead of 11.

 -useallavailablecores -sm4 -d3d10
